| Children |
|
| Under the creative leadership of our Children's Ministry Team and our Acting Associate Pastor, Debbie Bennett Reynolds, children are welcomed as important members of the church community and are growing in their relationship with God. Our children not only hear the teachings of Christ, but they are also involved in putting what they learn into practice in hands-on, interactive ways. They participate in congregational worship, joining us in the early part of our service during the school year and throughout the service in the summer months. They occasionally lead worship in different ways, sharing what they have been learning.
Infants and toddlers are cared for in the nursery. |

| Adults |
|
| Our adult spiritual growth and education small groups meet on Sunday mornings and at other times during the week September through May, with occasional special study groups in the summer. Last year's offerings included a gay theology class, Bible study , a small group practicing meditative Praying of the Scriptures, and forums on varied social justice issues. During the week, we had Lenten Bible study groups and a book study that met in members' homes.
In September on Sunday mornings from 11:30-12:15 the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Theology class will resume with a study of Jesus, the Bible, and Homosexuality by Jack Rogers led by Biblical scholar, Dr. Darrell Lance. A Bible study of Amos and Hosea will be led by Amy Hopkin. The Monday noon study group with Pastor Peter Carman will begin again with a a book study or Bible study for the fall. Other options will develop - check back for updates!
