Music is an important part of worship at LABC!

The music program at LABC is an integral part of our church services. A typical service may include classical anthems, Gospel music, or singing of the Karen or Chin choirs.  Lake Avenue Baptist Church is rich in musical gifts and opportunities for those who love to sing or play music.  These include an Intergenerational Choir, music for youth and children, a chime choir, opportunities for solo singing and instrumentalists.   Congregational hymns are an important part of every worship service.  The church is blessed with a wonderful organist and director of music, Rob Kerner.  The inspiring sounds of the church pipe organ can be heard most Sundays during prelude, postlude and throughout the service.
